Captain Brandon and the boat

Barfield grew up in Panama City and began working on charter boats as a teenager. The company describes New Beginning as a North Carolina-built hull finished locally and based at Captain Anderson’s since its launch.

Day trips have a maximum of 16 passengers, including children. The boat page says up to 12 can fish simultaneously on applicable day trips, while overnight charters are limited to six passengers.
