The guide and boat

Troy’s biography describes more than 37 years of full-time guiding and about a decade devoted to this part of Florida. The listed boat is a 23-foot Key West with a 200-horsepower Yamaha and space for four guests. Electronics include GPS, fish finder, VHF radio and radar.

Fishing and published prices

Snook, redfish, spotted seatrout and seasonal tarpon are key targets. The dedicated rate page lists $600 for four hours and $800 for six, with an additional $100 for each third and fourth guest. Because the same cards also say “up to four guests,” request a written total for your party. The operator can discuss a custom fishing plan.

Supplies and other outings

Fishing gear, live bait, license coverage and fish cleaning are listed as included. Bring your own food and drinks, sun protection and suitable deck shoes. Shelling trips are also available in three-, four- and six-hour formats. Ask whether a mixed day is practical for your group and tide window.

Deposit and boarding

A $150 deposit is due within seven days of booking; the reservation is not confirmed until it is received. The site calls customer deposits non-refundable, while guide-cancelled trips receive a deposit refund. The captain decides weather and water suitability. Confirm the marina meeting point and current final rate directly.

Details checked September 29, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
