Four boats with different layouts

The fleet lists Who Dat, a 2017 27-foot Sea Hunt, and De-Bait-Able, a 2015 31-foot Cape Horn Tournament. Over Boardem is a 2020 32-foot Cape Horn with family-style seating. Skyler Mae is listed as a 2021 31-foot Cape Horn Tournament.

Each boat has a restroom and T-top shade according to the company. Navigation and fishing electronics, live bait storage and seating vary by vessel. Up to six passengers are allowed per boat, though four or fewer are recommended. The fleet can take a combined 24 passengers across four separate boats by arrangement.

Bay or Gulf fishing

Bay outings mainly target redfish, spotted seatrout and flounder. The Gulf menu includes opportunities for snapper, grouper, king mackerel, cobia, amberjack, mahi and sharks. Trips may use sight casting, trolling or bottom fishing based on the selected outing and current conditions.

ICX describes its guides as licensed, insured Gulf Coast locals working full time. The reviewed pages do not reliably identify the captain for each boat. Ask about your assignment and explain your target and skill level. The company customizes outings rather than applying the same itinerary to every group.

Seasonal prices and extra guests

Who Dat's four-hour rate is $860 from August 21 through May 24, or $940 from May 25 through August 20. Six hours is listed at $1,290 or $1,410 for those respective periods. Longer durations are shown up to ten hours, with additional hourly options.

The listed Cape Horn rate tables show four hours at $920 outside the summer period or $1,000 during it. Six hours is $1,380 or $1,500. Base pricing is for four guests, with $100 for each fifth or sixth passenger. Confirm your chosen boat's exact fare and any multiple-boat discount. Custom charters may extend to fourteen hours.

What is provided

Bait, tackle, rods, reels, ice, fishing license coverage and cleaning and bagging of legal fish are included. The marina also has restrooms. Guests bring drinks, snacks and a small ice chest for fillets, plus hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and a jacket when needed.

A crew gratuity of 18 to 20 percent is described as customary. Ask how a multi-boat outing handles payment and tips, since each vessel has its own captain and passengers. If you want a harbor restaurant to prepare the catch, the company can explain the available cook-your-catch arrangements.

Booking and cancellation timing

Call or text 850-585-7173 or submit a booking request. The listed address is 314 Harbor Boulevard. Confirm the slip, arrival time and parking for your assigned vessel. Requests within five days of the intended trip should be made by phone or text under the company's instructions.

Cancellations inside seven days forfeit the stated $200 deposit, with a four percent card charge. Inside 36 hours, the trip cost may be charged to the card on file plus that fee. Earlier cancellations avoid the deposit loss. Unsafe weather leads to an attempt to reschedule; ask about refund alternatives and confirm current terms before paying.

Details checked October 11, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
