Aaron Brower's background

Aaron says he grew up in South Florida, moved to the Keys in 2000 and began fishing professionally in 2004. His career included party-boat work, private vessels and charters. He is a father of four and emphasizes welcoming families.

The service offers patch-reef fishing as well as shark and tarpon outings near channels, bridges and flats. Older customer accounts describe offshore fishing aboard Buzz On, but the current boat and menu need to be confirmed for your reservation. Do not assume every older trip is still offered on the same vessel.

Lil Buzzy and supplied gear

Lil Buzzy is listed as a Blazer Bay 2420 GTS with a Mercury 300. The boat is used around bays, channels and nearshore Upper Keys water. Its four-person limit gives a small party its own fishing space.

Rods, reels, tackle and fishing license coverage are supplied. A large cooler with ice is available. Guests are asked to bring their food, water and other beverages for fishing trips. Legal-catch cleaning is listed, while shark and tarpon handling should be discussed for their catch-and-release outings.

Fishing and leisure starting prices

Patch-reef and shark or tarpon offerings start at $600, with fishing lengths shown around four to six hours. The main tarpon opportunities are described for spring and early summer, while sharks are offered more broadly. The specific tide and conditions determine the trip plan.

Four-hour sandbar outings start at $300, and sunset or water-shuttle options start at $150. Seasonal nighttime bully netting starts at $600. These are separate activities with their own equipment and timing, so ask for the precise quote rather than combining the lowest prices.

Pickup and packing rules

Aaron may collect guests near their resort or vacation home when practical. Otherwise he arranges a pickup based on location. Confirm dock access and timing directly rather than assuming any waterfront property can serve as the meeting point.

The packing advice favors sun-protective clothing, polarized glasses, non-marking shoes and non-spray sunscreen. The operator discourages tanning oil and marking footwear. Request the cancellation policy before paying; weather decisions are made by the captain. Tell Aaron if you want a mixed fishing and sandbar day so he can allocate the hours sensibly.

Details checked October 10, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
