Drew's trips and target choices

The menu includes family fishing, backcountry outings, shallow reef and wreck fishing, tarpon and sharks, and trips labeled deep sea. Fish mentioned across these programs include snook, tarpon, trout, snapper, grouper, cobia and barracuda. Ask which options fit your date and interests.

The FAQ says fishing experience is preferable for some focused gamefish pursuits, while instruction is available for novices. Tell Drew whether your priority is helping children participate or tackling a selected species. Those goals can lead to different routes and methods, even when both use the same boat.

A small Pathfinder without a bathroom

The listed boat is a 22-foot Pathfinder Tournament Edition with Yamaha 200 power, Garmin electronics, Power-Pole and a Minn Kota trolling motor. It is docked at World Wide Sportsman Marina on the bayside near Mile Marker 81.5.

There is no onboard bathroom. Drew says he can usually arrange access to a nearby restroom, but verify that for the proposed route. Rates cover one to three people, with a fourth-person supplement. Confirm comfortable casting space before choosing a full party or a specialized outing.

Four, six or eight hours

The published menu lists $700 for four hours, $900 for six and $1,100 for eight. The half-day card specifies one to three guests and adds $100 for another person. Confirm that same headcount arrangement for the longer package you select.

Some resort-dock pickups can be arranged at an additional charge. Have that cost included if you want collection from your accommodation. The site's broad deep-sea wording does not establish a particular distance, so ask what water and fishing method the proposed booking will actually cover.

Supplied fishing gear and packing rules

The advertised provisions include rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing license coverage, water and ice. Cleaning, filleting and bagging legal catches are also listed. Bring lunch and other drinks, with personal supplies kept compact because storage aboard the Pathfinder is limited.

Drew asks guests to avoid large coolers, glass, liquor and spray sunscreen. Protective clothing and polarized glasses are recommended. Dogs are welcomed, but discuss size and needs ahead of time. Small children require appropriate flotation arrangements, which should be confirmed while making the reservation.

Confirmation and cancellation charges

Call or text 305-393-2332 or email fishybusinessislamorada@gmail.com. Text is preferred while Drew is on the water. He sends a confirmation email with the trip details; check that message for the agreed marina, time and guest count.

The FAQ describes card authorization at booking, a $250 charge for cancellation within seven days and full payment within twenty-four hours. Cards carry a listed four-percent fee. Unsafe weather may lead to cancellation or rescheduling; ask how any payment is handled, as that outcome is not fully itemized.

Details checked October 11, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
