Weston Russell and the fishing team
Weston has spent much of his life fishing Palm Beach waters and has a background in tournament angling. The business specializes in offshore and inshore light-tackle fishing, especially live-bait and kite methods. Assigned team captains may vary, so ask who will run your booking.
The two tournament-equipped center consoles let the operation serve private groups without selling shared party-boat tickets. Your reservation covers the boat and captain for your party. The company does not arrange rider matching for individuals seeking a split fare.

Offshore water and the inlet
The operator describes a typical plan that can combine offshore kite, flat-line and bottom baits, followed by light-tackle fishing near the inlet. Listed possibilities include sailfish, mahi, kingfish, snapper, snook, tarpon, permit and other local species.
That combination depends on the available time and conditions. Explain whether you want a focused offshore trip or a mix of settings. Swordfish and destination excursions are also discussed on the website, but their arrangements should be confirmed separately from the regular local rates.
Private rates and bait charges
Four-hour trips are posted at $775, six-hour outings at $1,075 and eight-hour trips at $1,425. The rates include the captain, boat, fuel, fishing licenses, dead bait, rods and reels, and soft drinks. Each charter has a six-person maximum.
Live bait costs extra. The site lists goggle-eyes, threadfins and sardines as examples, so discuss availability and the charge if live-bait fishing is central to your plan. The FAQ requests a $100 deposit to hold a time slot and suggests 15 to 20 percent for gratuity.
Arrival, weather and packing
The usual half-day schedule is 8 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility around other bookings. Meet at New Port Cove after confirming the slip. Bring food, preferred beverages, sun protection, rain gear and a container for legal fish to take home.
The captain may suggest protected Intracoastal fishing on a windy day. If weather is too severe to run, the FAQ states that a captain cancellation brings a full refund. Ask separately about customer cancellations. Fish within the legal size and limits may be kept, with cleaning offered by the crew.
Details checked October 4, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
