Room inside and a working fishing deck

The Hatteras has twin diesel engines, an air-conditioned salon, a galley and two heads. Its fishing setup includes three fighting chairs, a tower and outriggers. Those features provide both indoor relief from the heat and a purpose-built deck for offshore fishing.

Your group books the boat privately. Beginners can ask the crew for help using the equipment, while experienced anglers can discuss preferred methods before departure. Mention any mobility concerns so the captain can explain boarding and movement between the cabin and cockpit.

Half-day through full-day fishing

Posted prices are $850 for four hours, $1,250 for six and $1,700 for eight. The rate page lists morning and afternoon half days, with longer trips beginning earlier. Some other pages give different start times, so use the time on your booking confirmation.

Offshore possibilities include mahi, tuna, wahoo, kingfish and sailfish, with reef fishing also available as conditions allow. Kite fishing should be discussed ahead of time. Ask the crew which approach suits the weather, target fish and length of your visit.

Included tackle and dockside services

The stated package includes fishing equipment, bait, licenses, ice, water, fish cleaning and bagging, plus parking. Bring your own food and other drinks. The operator asks guests to use cans rather than glass containers.

Crew tips are extra, with 20 to 25 percent suggested by the business. Confirm any specialty bait or trip changes before paying a deposit. The total for a regular offshore charter should not be confused with the price of a custom itinerary.

Booking from Hillsboro Inlet

Departure is from the fishing center on North Riverside Drive. Ask for the current slip and recommended arrival time. The captain can also explain where to unload belongings and park without blocking other charter passengers.

The site describes weather-related rescheduling or refunds, but guests should request the exact customer-cancellation deadline. Its contact page says overnight Bahamas trips are no longer offered because of permit restrictions. Older travel references elsewhere should not be treated as current availability.

Details checked October 4, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
