Captain Sam Milazzo
Sam is described as a lifelong Keys resident with about 20 years of experience. Offshore pelagic fishing and swordfish are prominent specialties. The company website also discusses Scott Martin and the family fish camp, but that does not mean Scott is the assigned charter captain.
The boat leaves Worldwide Sportsman Bayside Marina. Guests can choose reef, offshore or deep-drop goals. Give Sam your preferred species and dates so he can explain the right route, hours and likely fuel requirement.

The Freeman 42
Vice Versa is identified as a Freeman 42LR with Garmin electronics, a second station and Kicker marine audio. Its beam is described as 12 feet. Six captain's chairs beneath the hardtop, a padded lounge and beanbags are listed for guest comfort.
The posted fishing allowance is six guests. Bait, tackle, iced coolers and water are supplied. Confirm fishing license coverage, cleaning and any other included service with the reservation. The large center console's facilities should be discussed directly if bathroom access matters.
Base rates and fuel billing
A four-hour reef-only trip is posted at $2,000 plus fuel. A full offshore day of eight to nine hours is $2,400 plus fuel. The swordfish package is $2,600 plus fuel. A $500 deposit is required to secure a date.
The operator says fuel is calculated at the end of fishing from the actual burn, with an advertised range of roughly 80 to 150 gallons per day. Ask for the applicable fuel price and estimate before committing. Those gallons do not establish a fixed surcharge, and a base fare alone is not the total cost.
Targets and final arrangements
Reef descriptions include snapper, grouper, cobia and wahoo. Offshore targets include mahi, sailfish and tuna. Deep dropping can pursue tilefish, snowy grouper and other deep-water species where lawful. These are possible fishing choices, not a single promised catch list.
Call Sam or use the website inquiry form. Start times can change and are discussed before departure. Get the cancellation policy and payment schedule with the fuel terms. Separate cottage offerings at the Martin Family Fish Camp are lodging options; ask what is included if arranging both accommodation and a fishing day.
Details checked October 10, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
