Boat and captain background

Castle’s experience includes offshore fishing in North Florida and the Keys. The published boat is a 27-foot Edgewater center console with twin four-stroke Yamaha engines, an enclosed bathroom and a freshwater shower.

Offshore groups can include up to six passengers. Tell the service about children, first-time boaters or any special needs so it can recommend a suitable outing and crew.

Offshore, inshore or sharks

Offshore trips are advertised in four-, six-, eight- and twelve-hour lengths. Possible targets across the menu include kingfish, cobia, mahi, wahoo and billfish. The longer options allow a different route from a short coastal day.

Inshore fishing focuses on redfish, trout, flounder, jacks and black drum. Natural bait, lures or fly tackle can be used, with instruction included. Wading trips and guided instruction aboard a customer’s own boat are also offered.

Shark outings run four, six or eight hours. The service describes chumming and slow-trolling live bait and encourages release. Discuss the current fishing plan rather than assuming a particular shark species will be found.

Supplies and custom arrangements

The website lists licenses, ice, bait, tackle and fish cleaning as provided. Catering, transportation and custom event packages can be arranged separately. Contact the operator for current prices and the exact inclusions of any special package.

Charters meet at the Shipyard boat location, not the separate Anastasia Boulevard office address. Request a dock pin, payment terms and the weather policy when confirming your reservation.

Details checked October 9, 2026, using the operator’s published information. Rates, boats, meeting points and policies can change; confirm the final trip details directly. Listed species describe possible targets, not a guaranteed catch or an open harvest season.
